Located near La Masica in northern Honduras, FHIA is operated by a non-profit agricultural trust; working to improve local incomes by teaching improved cacao farming and fermentation techniques.
The beans are world-class and share similar qualities with our estate cacao, yet shine in their own right with seductive notes of citrus, spice and a core of acidity.
We are excited to showcase how different regions of the world hold unique terroir characteristics, and to share them in our chocolate.
