Many are surprised to learn that world-class vanilla is grown in the islands. For this bar we decided to go island-designate, where both the cacao and vanilla are sourced from the Big Island of Hawai’i.
With this bar we took a subtle approach to the roast and inclusion, resulting in an addictive 67% dark bar that truly highlights these two great Hawaii-grown ingredients. This bar is as close to harmony as we can imagine between the two main flavors of vanilla and cacao.
