With a desire to craft a spicy chocolate bar that showcases the best of Hawaii, we decided to bring a little spice to the sweet in this 67% dark.
Moloka’i sea salt accentuates the deeper cocoa notes of this chocolate, and just a touch of Big Island peppers were added during grinding to reveal their beauty in the long, creamy finish.
