This is our rarest and smallest production bar. Not released for over 4 years, we thought we would bring it back to celebrate the opening of our Tasting Bar retail location, and to thank all those who have supported us for years getting to this point.
This exceptionally dark bar (77%) intensifies our estate’s unique flavors. The deep, dark, rich volcanic soils nourish the cacao for a bar that is smoothly potent with a long, strong finish.
Made entirely of beans from our farm on the island of Oahu, this is Hawaiian chocolate in one of its simplest forms, with the only companion being organic cane sugar.
